Requirements for Sport Pilot Certificate:

Minimum of Twenty Hours Flight Time
–Fifteen with Certified Flight Instructor
–Five Hours Solo (Flying Alone)

–Seventy-five Nautical Miles or Greater
–Part of the Minimum Twenty Hours of Flight Time

Pass FAA Knowledge Test
–Thirty Questions
–Achieve 70%t or Better Score

Three Hours Flight Time
–Preparation for FAA Practical Test (Check ride)
–Part of the Minimum Twenty Hours of Flight Time

Present Valid Automobile Driver’s License or Third Class Medical Certificate
